This was really hard to do without masking tape...but when the idea strikes, you can't just go buy tape at 1am.  So I improvised and feel it turned out quite nice.  Like many of my paintings, this one takes on a new look as the light fades.  In an almost dark room, the squares take on a glazed window sheen, which is perfect since the idea is looking at the rain through a window. This particular painting was raffled off in a fund raiser for  Prader-Willi Syndrome  research .

Three Trees

This has 3 separate pieces, but is considered one complete painting. As usual, it was not what I set out to paint, but I am pleased with the results.
